Can we please increase the file size limit? It's impossible for me to post pictures anymore on this site. Cuz of the images being too large.

As a work around you can host them in a third party site and then upload it here as an image here through their link

Or send all your pics to Ex via Discord and have him resize them for you.

One, I'm terrible with links, except for the ones in green tunics. Two, That's just an extra step I need to do, when increasing the file size limit would get rid of the problem altogether.

I believe the file size limit is there because the site owners have to pay for the storage for the data of the site. This is a free forum that likely brings in no money to the owners. There are easy work arounds to this that you have access to and are also free for you to use.

As a person who is not well versed in technology, I don't know any of these workarounds. And I've tried saving images from Discord to send here, and that's only worked once.

It makes doing blogs needlessly difficult, posting memes needlessly difficult, and posting pictures needlessly difficult. I have to create copies of pictures I crop and edit to stay within the limit.

As a person who is not well versed in technology, I don't know any of these workarounds. And I've tried saving images from Discord to send here, and that's only worked once.

Use one of these sites to upload the image to
Copy the link/url for the image

In this toolbar hit this icon:

Select the "By URL" option and paste the link/url, but make sure there is an image file type at the end. Such as .png or .jpg

This is the site I generally use, you have to make an account and there is a social media aspect that you can ignore by not hitting "Share to the Community". Just make sure you grab the direct link to the images and not the link to the url they give you by just hitting "Link" otherwise it won't link straight to the image.

Also, as far as the upload size for images on this forum, I am having difficulty even finding information about it, might be a good idea to include this information in the Help section which I can't seem to find it in.

Sounds complicated, I wonder if Google Photos would work. I'll have to figure it out later.

well, we can see the image but it's a redirect to an external site rather than directly posting the image

My only request is that please can you make it easier to add images to signatures. Please just let be like when doing it in a thread with attach file instead of a url.
