1000% the game needs to use the Spinner more. It's not likely to happen as it requires more serious redesign, but it's such a cool item that was totally underused!

-doing away with the guardian puzzle before obtaining the master sword (seriously, it ruins the tension)
-changing the dark interloper scene with the spinning falling Ilias and Link's pervy sex criminal smile
Sometimes you look at someone and think "you and I can never be friends." :)

Haha! As G-King mentioned, I really would LOVE for every single time you start up your game you wouldn't have to go through the sequence of 'acquiring a rupee' because it is quite redundant. I know it's probably for first time players for Zelda, but seriously, when I first played Ocarina of Time I was seven and I knew what the rupees were for. They are the only things that remotely look like coins.
Anyways, onto TPHD improvements:
I know they would probably do the revamp of textures and saturation because what would a remake be without those?
Also, I know they changed Midna's 'voice' in Hyrule Warriors and I wasn't too fond of that. I absolutely loved her gibberish in the GameCube version so I wouldn't mind if they stayed with how she talked then. But of course, that is only my opinion and I just may be too picky :P
Other than that, I believe G-King mentioned everything that would be beneficial to the remake!

There really isn't much to do. Remove the rupee cutscene, fix the magic armor, and add a way to change from Day to Night. That's really the only realistic thing I could see them doing, along with graphics which they kinda....didn't do much on.

Now if we're sharing fantasies, they could make the hidden skills required and build enemies around them, sorta like how Skyward Sword built its enemies around motion controls. They could give us a Boss Rush or something, and give us a special room where we can fight hordes of DarkNuts over and over and over again.

But honestly, the fact that they didn't put the same effort into updating the game's graphics like they did with Wind Waker makes this feel like a lazy port and not an HD remake. At first I thought it was stupid of them to do this but...people are very quick to buy it, because it's TP, I guess, so maybe this was a quick, cheap, and effective way to make cash.

• The horse whistle should have not been an endgame or near the end of the game item. Give it to us much earlier, like after escorting Prince Ralis to Kakariko Village. Ilia sees us riding the horse, why not reward us with the whistle along with the Zora armor?

Are you saying that later scene should have Ilia rewarding Link with something else? ;)

All I'm hoping for is a fix for this glitch

Just kidding. I want to somehow skip the boring 3-day prologue. That fix for that "you got a rupee" every time you turn on the game and perhaps give me the choice between all the dungeons beyond the Arbiter's Grounds(except for the final dungeons).

I posted earlier about how I wished they would fix the City in the Sky dungeon somehow, and I think I came up with something that, while not a complete "fix" if something like that even exists, would still greatly improve the dungeon: make Link reappear on the last solid platform he stood on when he falls instead of the start of the room. I never understood why Twilight Princess did this when much earlier games in the series didn't, and while it was a mild annoyment during the rest of the game, falling in that dungeon proved incredibly frustrating. I probably still won't like the dungeon, but it'd be much less of a hassle if you didn't have to redo an entire room everytime a surprise Keese knocks you off a ledge.

I see lots of great points here that I hope Nintendo is going to fix for Twilight Princess HD. One thing I didn't see mentioned but that DRIVES ME CRAZY every time I play Twilight Princess is that if Link's wallet is full and you come across a treasure chest containing rupees, the game will not allow you to open the chest! Just let me open the chest! Or at least give me the option. "Hey, your wallet's full - do you want to take these rupees anyway?" And while we're at it - maybe larger wallets earlier in the game would be beneficial?

I'd actually enjoy that feature, since there is nothing I hate more in Zelda than wasting Rupees by having a full wallet, if there were actually things to buy.

Honestly, other than better quality textures, I'd like to see a Hero Mode, or maybe add the reverse Wii version as a mode so people can play it backwards. Miiverse would also be a cool addition.

Oh yeah, and make it so IT DOESN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH A RUPEE IS WORTH EVERY TIME YOU PICK IT UP! XD:ezlo:

I hope it gets the same treatment Halo 2 got for its remaster. Now that was a re-release done right. Of particular concern is the upgrade to the Colour Palette. If they can make it look less bland without taking away from the dark atmosphere of the game, it has the potential to be absolutely stunning.

That would be great. For it to be given the same treatment as Halo 2 Anniversary was exactly what I wanted for Twilight Princess. It is one of the greatest games of all time and deserves to be fully brought up to modern standards.

Unfortunately from the footage we have been shown they aren't going to do that. Graphics look like they would if this was a remake made in 08.
Animation, character models and scenery would have to be remade just like in Halo Anniversary to really bring the game up to current industry standards.

At the very least some models and scenery should be upgraded, high resolution textures applied and dynamic lighting implemented. The textures we have seen were pretty poor, slapped over the old blocky models.

As is being mentioned a bunch of times, i would like to see the game get better textures, would also love to see more to do in Hyrule Field, it always felt kinda dead to me. Maybe Zant actually being cool through the whole thing would be nice instead of him turning into a little ***** later on, but i doubt there's any chance of that happening since he's not much more badass (in my opinion at least) in Hyrule Warriors, so i guess they're going to stick with it.
