Breath of the Wild Zelda Wii U Rumors

It's very unlikely, seeing as we don't know what the NX even *is* yet. The Wii on the other hand, was already known to be a beefed-up gamecube with new controllers long before we knew TP was being ported to it.

Besides, supposedly Aonuma said he had a big inspiration moment after playing Hyrule warriors. :P

While it has been confirmed that Zelda U will not be physically present at E3, perhaps we may get a short teaser...
A girl can hope, right?

At the moment I don't think Zelda U will be shown at E3. I hope I'm wrong though.
You speak for pretty much all of us....
We do know this however....
It looks like they are planning something huge... Otherwise, we wouldn't have that Min-Direct, and we definitely wouldn't have a Smash Brothers Direct before E3. I mean, Smash Bros is something they could of easily shown at E3. Lucas, and Wolf and other newcomers would have still drummed up a ton of hype. The fact that they are using Smash Bros to drum up hype for E3 means they have a large amount of big things coming...
I know it's not likely, but I hope one of those things is Zelda Wii U(Or something Zelda related at the very least).

I at least hope they have a new 3DS Zelda or a TP remake to keep us busy untill Zelda U

Of course we're all a bunch of die-hards: Nintendo announces directly that there will be no Zelda at E3. Everyone takes that to mean Zelda will be at E3 but is a secret to everybody.

We'd already known about Twilight Princess for years before THAT delay though, and we'd known exactly what the Wii was and what it was capable of. We knew when it was coming out.

We do not know what the NX is, when it is coming out, what it does, or even whether it's a portable system or not.

True, but by mid 2016 we will now, and that means it might be available later that same year which is around the time most people think Zelda Wii U will also be released.

I normally like Moffit, but this really isn't anything new....
Nintendo really needs to put their money where their mouth is and actually show us something off for the game. They need to prove why this will be the "ultimate zelda" instead of just providing blanketed statements with no proof. Of course marketing is just going to tell us what we want to hear. Regardless of the quality. They need to show us, or at least tell us(with specific gameplay elements or details) why it will be worth it to wait.

Actually I don't mind them keeping it under wraps, I'd hate for another Skyward Sword deal to happen. We saw too much and got too much info about SS proir to it's release, so keeping things quiet for Zelda Wii U is something I am learning to deal with and appreciate.

My Uncle who works at Nintendo reported this information for me. It's a direct quote from Mr Aounuma.

Did you like the little joke we played at the Nintendo Direct? Tricking those fans like that brings joy to my heart almost as much as the joy of smoke hitting my nostrils from the incinerating of fan mail. **** them and their requests. You see the TPHD we showed was just a few scenes we quickly remastered to throw them all off the scent. The truth is Zelda U is the real TPHD! HAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!

I really wonder why rumors have been so scarce for this game.... You would think that Nintendo's highest profile game on Wii U would get some rumors as of late, whether they are true or false.
