When the illusion was lifted, Morten had the issue of a larger group of Gerudo soldiers surround him in particular. This made sense, certainly, given his size. Nevertheless, the numbers' game proved to be too much under the current circumstances, Morten only remaining on the defensive.

Rasul stand back to back with Linora
"not what I had planned, but... how do we get out of this?"

((NOTICE: Since Libk has chosen to leave the RP section for the time being I will be taking over his role of Celica. Obviously I'm not Libk, so it's very possible the character may change ever so slightly, but I will of course aim to play the character as faithfully as I can.))

As their group gets surrounded by more and more Gerudos that are coming out from the fortress Linora tries to think of what to do and what to say to Rasul.

Celica sends one of her assassin companions to help Tahr get out of the ground and she sends another one over to our surrounded heroes.

"You're not our enemies?" the assassin asks. "You want to stop the fighting? You make that kind of hard to believe when you say it right after having slit the throat of one of our dear sisters."

"But I didn't... She forced my hand...!" Linora tries to explain.

"Whatever your odd little group is, no doubt you came here to gain something. You came here for selfish reasons. For that you will be punished."

It is now that Linora really starts feeling the risks and the seriousness of this very dire situation. She looks at her comrades. Every one of them had joined her on this fool's errand because of her own desire to know more. It was her fault they had ended up this way.

"We surrender," Linora says and puts her bow, quiver, tomahawk and bomb bag on the ground. "Whatever you do to us, please don't harm my friends," she pleads. "I will accept punishment for all of us combined. Please..."

"Take them to the tower prison cell," Celica says sternly. Immediately the Gerudo warriors begin escorting the party very safely toward their prison. Meanwhile Celica walks alongside Tahr behind all of the others as they walk. "I'd like you to take the first guard shift outside their cell. It's quite simple. All you do is stay on the other side of the bars and make sure there's no funny business. I will have to go report this to my superiors and they will decide from there what to do with these invaders. I will then return to you with a new guard that can take over guarding after you. It may take a couple of hours though. Do you think you can handle that?" Celica asks, confident that Tahr was capable.

Will turns his head, thinking. Something sounded familiar about the Iron Knuckle's voice. He couldn't place it though - her voice reverberated in the helmet and was muffled by the metal. Maybe he'd fought her at some point in the past? An enemy commanding officer in a past battle?
But he didn't worry about it. What was more important was that they were going to the prisons - no doubt where Celica was being kept. Even in capture they were following the right track.
Will lowered his hands and placed his weapon on the ground in a sign of surrender. It hurt his soul a little, but it was necessary.

Rasul's hammer was picked up by an unlucky Gerudo, who was lifted up into the air and was spinning at ungodly speeds. the grudo let go, and was flung like a rocket into the river. Rasul gives a chuckle as His hammer lands safely in a location he would be able to find later.

Getting Tahr's arm and legs out of the ground proved somewhat difficult, but the assassin managed to break enough of the rock surrounding his limbs that the two of them managed to pull them out one at a time. By the time he was completely free, the battle had ended.

Tahr hid his knife on his person again and thanked the Gerudo who had helped free him from the ground. While the intruders were being rounded up, Tahr grabbed their weapons from the ground—aside from the dwarf's hammer—and put them into a large sack. He included the seemingly blank piece of paper that had dropped during the battle in the bag, perhaps he would need it later.

It had been necessary for Tahr to prove himself somewhat in battle to further gain the trust of the Gerudo; the fact that Celica was now trusting him with the responsibility of guarding the prisoners, even if only temporarily, showed that progress had been made.

"A couple hours shouldn't prove a problem."

He hesitated a moment. Magic had been rare in Tahr's homeland, seeing it now with such frequency and intensity honestly frightened him a bit. Finding a way to fight back against people like this would certainly be necessary in the future.

"Is there anything in place that could prevent them from using their magic to escape? The dwarf and the disguised human could both potentially have something up their sleeves."

Tahr, who was alongside Celica and a good distance behind Rasul and the other captured prisoners, backs up as Rasul charges towards him, having plenty of time to prepare. He rubs an oiled cloth along his knife and assumes a defensive stance, waiting to lash out the moment Rasul makes a move for him. As Rasul barely manages to get a loose grip on the edge of Tahr's pants, he uses the opportunity to make a shallow cut between Rasul's thumb and index finger to prevent his hand from grabbing anything but the edge of his pants.

The assassins grab Rasul and pull him away causing Tahr's pants rip slightly as they are pulled down, revealing female underwear and very recently shaved legs, perhaps somewhat more feminine and shapely in appearance than would be common for a Gerudo. Tahr was currently at little risk of being given away—it was not uncommon for him to have to strip down to his underwear in the common changing areas and he'd taken the necessary precautions to make sure he wouldn't be given away so long as his underwear wasn't also removed, with a bit of clever rearranging.

Tahr blushes and pulls up his damaged pants to cover himself, feigning a healthy dose of both modesty and embarrassment. His voice and appearance both refuse to betray him, having practiced this role for months.

"Y-you disgusting brute! I hope it was worth it, you perverted midget."

Tahr retreats behind Celica, making sure that any further attempts to assault him would be met with direct intervention by the much more powerful armored warrior.

Celica silently whacks Rasul's face hard with the iron clad back of her hand after he pulled down Tahr's trousers. Once everyone, including the prisoners, were back in formation (that this time could not be broken by a dwarf) Celica replied to Tahr's question from earlier.

"The floor, walls, ceiling and bars of this particular prison cell have been enchanted with magic from Twinrova herself. There is no way they captives will be able to break out of there."

Shortly thereafter they reach the tower prison cell where the main party is safely locked in. However, Rasul gets his own tiny cell behind bars that are closer to each other, which makes his cramped cell significantly less bright than the larger cell that the rest of the party was locked up in.

"Haha! That's what you get for misbehaving you Leever jacker!" one of the guards says to Rasul and spits in his direction before she leaves. Eventually all of the Gerudo leave the building except for Tahr who was supposed to stand guard.

The cell that Linora and the others were in was rectangular with three solid walls and one side with only iron bars. Linora sat by the iron bars and gazed out at Tarh who was in the part of the room that was obviously not behind bars. Linora went over to the solid wall on her right. She had seen Rasul being put in the little cell that was just on the other side of this wall. She couldn't see him, but surely they'd be able to hear each other.

"Are you alright, Rasul?" she asks. "I saw that Iron Knuckle hit you pretty bad earlier..."

If Tahr looked toward the cells he would be able to see into both of the cells at once as they were right next to each other with their gates facing in the same direction.

Will sat in the corner, considering the situation. He wasn't sure what kind of spells had been cast on the cell, but if they were going to try and escape, he had to figure out.
Experimentally, Will approached the bars and reached his hand between them, to see if anything would happen to him.

"Don't even think about it."

Tahr approaches the larger cell and looks Will directly in the eyes for a moment, sizing him up.

"Even if you made it out of this cell somehow, you wouldn't be free for long. I guarantee it."

He remains silent for a few beats, then reaches into his bag and produces a water-skin, takes a drink from it, then carefully slides it through the bars of the large cell.

"You all must be thirsty, the desert isn't easy on foreigners—I don't personally believe in mistreating prisoners."

Tahr throws a quick sour look towards Rasul's tiny cage.

"At least not ones that can behave themselves."
