In pendios x men game there was a role that allowed someone to make somebody else a lightning rod and coincidentally they picked me so I was wondering if it had happened again.

I honestly don't think that's the case here. But with this little chat we've had here, I feel far more confident in my vote for him.

If there really is a Lightning Rod among us, you'd think they'd have forced All Might to target them instead of you right? In that case, he can't have anything on you.
Suspicions aside, I just want to make this clear. The Lightning Rod is a catchall for every single active power role that Night, meaning that even if they targeted a different person, the Rod would attract every role to itself. Think it through: You'd have killing, protection, and investigation roles all piling up on top of a single target. Naturally this means that the Doctor would cancel out an NK since the Rod doesn't negate its protection, hence why funnier is still alive. In that same vein, the Cop's result would read funnier as innocent (or guilty, depending on his alignment) and essentially clear him.

All I know is that you didn't target him last Night, but others did. A demonstration, if you please.

@A Link In Time Did you target funnier last night?

I’m about to go to sleep but, she said or implied that it was her who attracted all the night actions so the list of people you got is the list of people who targeted somebody but were all redirected to her, not me. (At least I think that’s what she said, remember kids, something something drugs sleep)

So what's your point? A bit of a drop of there. Are you saying you think the best option is to lynch ALiT? Or that atleast he is your prime suspect?
Not really. The days in this game are short. And due to the limited time I have available I try to force myself to share more of my thoughts while I still can, until I either get lynched or nightkilled. I initially thought he was townish after Tristan flipped town, bu I later changed my mind on that.

I have a bit more time at hand now, so let me go through every player:

Town-leaning
- All Might
I agreed with All Might's reasoning on the Tristan case. He has not shun away from actively participating in the discussions, even if that would also put more (negative) attention on himself.

And did you just claim tracker/watcher here?
Considering that so many people targeted funnier last night, the Lightning Rod thesis isn't too farfetched. I'd wager that there's a JoaT-type role or maybe even a Dreaming God (someone who can affect the weather and disrupt the other roles). If that's the case, then the Doc most likely protected funnier.
I find his playstyle townish and his soft claim, though certainly no yet proven to be legitimate, adds to my belief that he is town.
- Funnier
I quite appreciate his activity. He posted 35 times already and contributed a lot to the dicsussions. I initially saw his as scummy for defending Tristan, though Tristan's town-flip removed that suspicion of me. I agree with his earlier statement that he beliefs All Might's playstyle is more typical for his town-play. The only negative thing about his posts is that he seems to be so focussed on talking about the possible lightning rod thingy today, which I think is really a waste of time. The notion of it being a possible explanation for what happened tonight was interesting and useful information for nearly everyone, but no further discussion on the topic is going to deliver any more to us. We should really focuss on debating a possible new lynch instead.
to summarise, all in all I think he is town-leaning, but less so than All Might.
- Kirino
I thought he was rather inactive, but I found out he posted more than me so far when I checked his activity. Kirino was one of the first to call out on Tristan's post, he defended All Might with solid reasoning and later accused Flora. What I like about Kirino is that his posts have had content and he has not shun away from having unpopular opinions or from entering discussions that could also endanger himself. He seems townish to me.

Neutral
- Flora
is very strangely fixated on All Might. She only made a single post on why she found him suspicious and later just called in her gut feeling. In all later questions from other players, she just referred to back to her original (small) post. On day 2 she continued the attack.
The thing is, I just don't know how to interpret it. I disagree with her fixation on All Might, but I don't know if that is a scum- or town tell of hers. Would scum really focus that much on one person with so little to back it up? Or is it precisely scummy because it seems as if she does not care that much about truly analysing the game?
- Sadia
her post in which she threatens everyone on the Tristan bandwagon was very scummy. Att the other hand, I found her other posts on day 1 reminiscent of her usual town play. She did not yet post today, I want to see a bit more activity from Sadia before I can put her on my town or scum list

more-scum-than-town-vibes

- Rubik
he had a very flip-floppy voting behaviour at the end of the last day. He first accused ALIT, then later downplayed it by calling is his "GUT INSTINCT". Then came the following posts:

Unvote

Vote: All Might

Unvote

Vote: Tristan

Yeah, you're probably right.

I voted him because I was worried this was a transparent attempt to force a no lynch to protect all might but there's still like 30 minutes left in the day or w/e.
Admittedly, he explains why he did it (he voted for all might solely to prevent a tie from occuring and later saw his chance to pick a more favourable target) but it's flip-floppy behaviour nonetheless.

He also mentioned a few times on day 1 that claims are bad for the town, which I don't agree with. I think that especially at ZD, many claims in a game will only favour the town (hence, we have a roleclaim limit). I could imagine it to be favourable for scum to convince the town NOT to claim, so these posts ad to my suspicion.
If everyone claimed who their character is and what abilities they have—in most setups, doing so would favor scum more than town except maybe in a mylo/lylo situation.
etc.

I won't vote for Rubik, I am not THAT convinced that he is scum, but he's definitely not on my town list.
- Yiga
a little bit evasive when asked about his opinion. Like in the following posts:

Asking me what my thoughts are, is the very oldest trick in the book. I incriminate myself like no one's business, and anyone who knows me would know that and try to exploit that weakness as an easy mislynch day 1.

While I have not contributed much so far, I feel like most town would focus on calling out a group of people rather than an individual, especially one who had this written on the role PM for ZD mafia Hijackers: "Getting yourself mislynched is something of a talent of yours as for some reason being town makes you obvious scum".

IDK, those are just my thoughts...

Unvote

Sorry I am in a very new environment and am adjusting. I hardly ever vote anyways.
He did vote for Funnier, though, so he has not COMPLETELY avoided confrontations, so perhaps it is just his playstyle? I've got my eyes on him in the meanwhile, though.
- ALIT
I've already written lots about ALIT. Basically, I find his fixation on people that used to be on the Tristan wagon peculiar. At the other hand, I do like his activity and he is willing to put himself out there. So I do not want to vote for him (yet).
- SMS
He posted 16 times but most of his posts have been fluff. He voted for All Might yesterday but did not really back that up with any argument of his own. The following post is pretty much his entire reasoning for voting for All Might instead of for Tristan.
Well it's Day 1, so not alot of really substantial meaningful reads are piling up yet for me. I'm definitely not onboard for voting Tristan as I'm not seeing solid readoning to vote for him, nobody has overreacted about RVS votes this game so it's very funny that at this point people are stirring things up by calling out no reaction to RVS votes. So I am suspicious of All Might, not so much ALiT.
Then, today, he already backed away from seeing All Might as scum:
Out of the players yesterday All Might seemed the most suspicious to me. Yeah he was more outgoing in this Day 1 than on Day 1 in the previous game, but like I menetioned that doesn't automatically give him a town pass in my book. I'll admit that today I'm not so much focused on All Might, and I won't vote him again unless he gives me reason to today, like if he tries steering us toward another mislynch.

He has avoided pressuring other people. And posts like the following only make him more scummy in my eyes:
As for Sadia, I've only ever played Mafia with her once and it was years ago, so I don't have any solid reads on her.
That is such an easy way to avoid analysing other players.

Actually, his most townish action in this game so far was perhaps challenging me in his last post lol
- Minish_Link
only posted 4 times. He has not yet directly attacked any players in the game, which could be a scum-tactic to stay out of danger. Most of the contents of his posts concerned set-up related topics, such as whether there was a lightning rod, roleblocker, or doctor last night.
I can imagine him being scum, and consider voting for him today, but I would first like to hear more from him. @Minish_Link , who are currently your prime suspects and why?

???
- Pancake
has been completely inactive

At the moment, SMS is the most scummy player in my opinion. Minish comes in as number 2. But many players that I listed as (potentially) scummy above have not been super active lately, so I'll give everyone a chance to respond and share with us their own thoughts before placing a definite vote.
