I loved hurling Phantom Ganon's orbs right back at his ugly face, He gave me a lot of trouble the first time around so when I finally got the hang of what to do and how to fight him, NOTHING felt better than watching him get a taste of his own medicine (and the Master Sword!)

That's cool. I love twinrova because they/she were/was unqiue and I love fire and water. The spirit temple was actually my favorite temple. I really loved practically everything about it. I liked the floormasters in this game ten times more than in windwaker. I loved the lighting, different areas and terrain. I especially loved watching the grate crumble as we entered the area by the boss room.

Phantom Ganon .. I love the "tennis match" with him so much more than the one with Ganondorf.

Hmm... I can't vote until Dark Link is up there. He deserved to be a Temple Boss as opposed to a weak mid-boss.

I would have to say Phantom Ganon (and I voted for him). I had some problems fighting him/it and it made me frustrated. Frustration made it a lot more enjoyable tearing him to pieces and I did not feel bad when he was sent "to the gap between dimensions" or whatever Ganondorf did call the place. 
Phantom Ganon. He is the only adult boss that is not easy or annoying
