I think the original idea was that the Zonai were the barbarians, but was scrapped in favour of them being much more advanced people. I had also thought it’s likely the barbarian armour belonged to a tribe of Hylians - it’s possible they were more tribal back then.

I honestly do think moving onto the next game in the series is a good move - I loved BotW and TotK, but I feel like the Era has lasted long enough now. Of course, it would’ve been nice to get to learn more about… well, uh, everything that wasn’t explained in TotK. So much for seeing Kass too.

It would be cool to see more ‘Aspect’ costumes - maybe something that changes Link into a Zora or Rito would be cool.

I’ve had dermatitis lately and it’s so close to going away but my hands keep itching at times which just sets it back because not scratching can be hard. Worse is that they usually get itchy at night when I can’t wash them because my family is asleep and I don’t want to wake anyone up.

I had a few faint dreams last night, though I remember one where I was playing through the Water Temple in OoT while Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson’s song ‘Say Say Say’ was playing.

Definitely better than 2021. Nothing too troubling happened to me. I finally finished college and I got a bit of work, though I’m also looking for a full-time job now. Overall, a pretty good year, aside from a few bad things here and there. I’ll rank it an 8/10.

Some customisation would be fine, but completely scrubbing the idea that Link is his own character? Definitely no. Probably wouldn’t be a good marketing decision either.
