So "Fable 3" isn't the best description. So here is my whole rant or description on it... From the top...
So its like 70 years after Aang. Katara only remains from the bunch. Obviously she and Aang got married and settled down.
And everyone had children (I think). Korra is the master of only 3 elements and needs to master air and shes is obviously the Avatar (otherwise this series would be
stranger than normal...). So now Avatar Aang and Firelord Zuko have now turned the four nations into the United Republic of Nations (Almost sounds smarter than the United States of America! Haha no...? okay..) A Society of Benders and Non Benders (like sokka). Could live in harmony. They created a capital (its not Washington..
No? okay...) for this great land they called it Republic city. Aang dies (as do all human and benders and living organisms a like)... Korra is the new avatar and
she needs to master the three elements of Earth, Air, and Fire. As a teenager she is a rebel. Like most teens I should say. She lacks the spiritual side of the avatar
meaning she cannot go into the avatar state. Aangs son is suppose to teach her but ends up leaving for an buiness meeting or something (Marking thier Son as a questionable mark...so when or if you watch the seires maybe you can help me answer this question) So she runs off and hits the Republic City. Full of cars and kinda looks like your modern New York or even Chicago or london? Anyway she ends up in the big city lost and confused she attacks these mobster with a horrible gang name...
they get arrested and she resist being arrested (these cops are a new kind of bender called metal benders.... Toph.) But doesnt get too far. Toph's daughter arrests her and aangs son flirts with her (which ticks her off). She is free to roam the city. Then the scene changes to this masked character who is talking and I didnt pay attention...
But that was parts of the show so far. I skipped some parts so you may watch. but here is my review.
the good: New Avatar. With a good life and an attitude I love so much for a teenager, her sidekick is a Polar Bear/ Dog, good voice acting, All characters have funny comments to make. Animations are good.
The bad: Katara is alone, Really? have cars and new techonolgy?, She mastered the elements too quickly, Republic city looks like a mixture of New York, Chicago, London, Atlanta. Political stuff is too confusing. The masked man is annoying as hell. Was there more Airbenders around because there is a crapload in the new story. I thought Aang was the last. But his son talks about dozens, And She acts more of a celebrity than a hidden fugitive (aang was wanted dead or alive si?)
