Actually, yes you can, the rule just stated that the title of the game had to be present unless the answer is in two or more games. Plus, saying the game's title and a subject of character or item would make the riddle easy...

Morpha, perhaps? I see the Serenade of Water in there...

Edit: I feel like explaining how I got this answer. Don't ask, I don't know why...
Morpha is just a nucleus, which is considered small. It was able to manipulate water, so it was, in a way, able to blend with his surroundings. It was the reason for the freezing of Zora's Domain and its location was Lake Hylia's Water Temple.
