If you don't mind psychedelic folk, they're a revolutionary band. In An Aeroplane Over the Sea. 'Nuff said. If you like music that's stripped down to the core but still dripping with emotion, that's the album for you.

Love jazz music, so that's all good with me. The only genre I have problems with is...country...*shudders*.

Love it when more than just the common instruments are used. Its why I like Neutral Milk Hotel so much. They use brass, strings, some weird snake charmer instrument, overblown fuzz bass, the works.

Does Steven Wilson's solo work hold up to Porcupine Tree's work? Better or just as good?
