Dude, emulators...
I've played them all on the consoles they were made to be played on, except LoZ and AoL which I played on the Collector's edition on the Gamecube and Wii. However, I haven't played either two of the DS Zelda's or the Four Sword games, so I cannot say that I have played them on any console.

Didn't I already answer this one?
LoZ - Gameboy Advance
ALttp - SNES and GBA
FS - GBA
MC - GBA
OoT - N64 and Gamecube
MM - N64
LA - GBC
OoA - Gameboy Color and Emulator. I used the emulator to write the trading sequence and enemy guides on this site, mind you. ;) For the purpose of good screenshots, of course.
OoS - Gameboy Color and Emulator for the same reasons as OoA
LA - DX on the Gameboy Color. I never got my hands on the original.
TP - Nintendo Gamecube and the Wii. I got the Gamecube version first then purchased it for the Wii.
TWW - Nintendo Gamecube
PH - DSi
ST - DSi
AoL - Virtual Console

I don't believe I forgot any... I don't own FSA, but I have played it. I have them all aside from FSA, so if I don't have one posted there then fill in the blank. ;)

Out of all the Zelda games I own (LoZ, AoL, OoT, MM, WW and TP) I have them all playable on my Wii. All either through the Collector's Edition, Gamecube discs or Wii discs. :)
Although I do have OoT also for my N64.
It's very convenient though as I only need to take around one console to play all my games.

I play most of my Zelda games on the Wii, simply for convenience. Here is the list

LoZ - Wii VC
AoL - Wii VC
ALttP - Wii VC (though I do own it for SNES)
LA - GBA
OoT - Wii VC (I also own it for N64)
MM - Wii VC (Again, I own it for N64 as well)
OoA - GBA
OoS - GBA
WW - GC
FSA - GC
MC - Emulator on Wii (I really wish I had this for GBA... Actually, I don't really)
TP - Wii
PH - DS
ST - DS

So yeah, I play most of the more retro games on the Wii, simply because it is extremely convenient. I play all of the other games on their original console, except for Twilight Princess which I have for Wii. Oh, and Minish Cap I played a few times on an emulator (An emulator on my Wii), but I didn't find it that enjoyable. If I ever come across it I'll probably buy it, but whatever.

LoZ: Currently playing it on VC!
AoL: Also on VC( I've also played it on the GC Collector's disc)
LA: Haven't played yet.
ALttP: VC
OoT: VC (and a little on the Collector's Disc)
MM: VC^
OoX: Haven't played
WW: Gamecube
FS: Haven't played
FSA: Haven't played
MC: Emulator
TP: Wii
PH: DS
ST: DS
SS: Wii(when it comes out of course;))

As you can see, most are on my Wii somehow. For most of the Gameboy ones, I need to emulate. When I finish MC, I'll most likely try to find LA and OoX.

LoZ-GC/Wii (Collector's edition which a GC game that I play on the Wii)
AoL-GC/Wii (Collector's edition)
ALttP-Wii Virtual Console
OoT-GC/Wii (Collector's edition)
MM-GC/Wii (Collector's edition)
WW-GC/Wii (Mine's scratched. I've been searching for it though. I play it on the Wii when I rent it.)
TP-GC/Wii (GC version that I play on the Wii. I also own the Wii version but it's scratched.)
PH-DS
ST-DS

I pretty much just play them all on my Wii (but most are Gamecube games) except the DS games. Sadly, I don't own any of the Gameboy games. :(
