What fictional creature would you have as a pet?

Kitsune. Theyd be way cool. Hard to manage, and it might speak to my mind. But still way cool.

I think I might go for a fairy. One would be very useful provided they didnt say 'hey listen' all the time. I could even keep one in a bottle and it could revive me in case I was killed.

The other one I was thinking of is a chocobo. They are cute and I could ride it around when fully grown and could keep the chick in my hair when it is young .

Is having a "pet" fairy legal? That sounds wrong if theyre humanoid and intelligent. But hey i admit itd be pretty killer.

Even though it's kind of mainstream I would totally love to have a dragon as a pet. You could fly around, light stuff on fire, and just have a good freaking time! The only downside would be feeding the thing. Honestly, what do dragons even eat?
