I wish I had motivation to do anything other than drink until I feel better
I don't know how well this may work, but for every X amount of alcohol, you drink that much water or orange juice, or some kind of non alcoholic beverage plus a little more, that way you are drinking less alcohol and feeling more sober. I hear it works great.

Also, every day drink just a little bit less alcohol every day until you are back to a safe and normal amount.
