Squatting a short distance away from what appeared to be the scene of the crime, Ardeel glares intensely at the giant fallen tree in front of him. There was no mistaking it. It was the same insignia they found in the previous floor, albeit done much more crudely since the tree surface likely didn't give the perpetrators much to work with. Scared and almost demoralized, Ardeel attempts to hold himself together as he investigates. The only other notable trait to the crime scene was a small sword found alongside the insignia. From what he could tell, it was likely the victim's, assuming there was one based on the circumstances. He doubted those who did this would leave any obvious clues are for the insignia. He then moves to examine the sword, but he only looks at it. Ardeel is horrified, but keeps it together as much as he can. Was this what the others felt when they encountered the previous scene? It felt horrible. He would have to tell the others as soon as possible.
