The villagers decided to lynch PK Flash as the sun began it's journey towards the western horizon. As the hangman tied the rope into a noose, the villagers brought PK Flash to the willow tree. He stood his ground as the hangman put the noose over his head.
"Any last words, Wolf Man?" one of the villagers yelled.
PK shook his head and looked at two villagers in the crowd. He rested his head as he stared at his feet.
The hangman began to pull to the rope which pulled PK Flash three feet into the air. It only took two minutes, but the deed was done, and PKs limp body fell to the ground as the hangman let go of the rope. He carefully took the noose off of PK's neck.
The village did not kill a werewolf today as the body refused to change. PK Flash was the first casualty, but the village steeled themselves for they knew this was only the beginning.

The village folk woke the next morning as the sun came up and got ready for the day's events. They hoped no one died but as the gathered in the village square, they noticed one of their number was missing.
"Maybe he slept in," a villager said.
"Or maybe you killed him!" another yelled.
Voices and tensions started to rise as the hangman walked to the willow and dumped the cord of rope beside it again.
"Let's go see then! Let's see what where Kybyrian is," the hangman yelled. The villager, quite now, nodded and started to walk towards Kybyrian's house.
Kybyrian lived near the edge of the village, his house right by the woods. As the villagers approached they noticed the door to the house was torn off, lying ten feet or more away. The villagers stopped dead but the hangman walked on, and into the house.
A scene of gore and horror greeted the hangman and those few villagers brave enough to enter.
The man Kybyrian lay in his bed, well... at least his upper body lay in bed. His legs where found on the ground, gnawed upon and bent and broken, with bones jutting out. His innards were cleaned out, eaten, by the unholy beasts. In his hands he clutched a bible and rosary beads.
A few villager ran out and threw up their breakfast.
"What happened?" asked a villager who had decided to stay outside.
"Kybyrian, our priest, is dead," said the hangman as he began to walk towards he willow tree. The villagers followed behind him determined to slay those responsible for this atrocious crime. Their hatred and fear fueled them.
A blue aura came from the ground, and gathered around the village like a mist. It seeped into their lungs and strengthened their resolve, and, somehow, their ability to be convincing.
