It's either something said to confuse people who aren't in on it or an abstract word for entertaining things or actions used by chuds on the deep web, that's about as well as i could describe it. I was familiar with the Chuck's thing, I didn't know if there was some sort of deeper meaning or if it was one of those all purpose terms.
