Zelda undoubtedly holds my favorite music, there's too many specific tracks to even begin to list here though. Generally overworld music, boss music, character themes, and cutscene BGMs are my favorites.

Hmm, I have to say the majority of the LoZ tunes were amazing. Especially TP, OoT, and SS's. I didnt really like wind waker's too much.
I also like the music from Super Mario galaxy, as well as Dragon ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

The Mirror Chamber theme from TP (I think it plays in the desert as well?)

Mario:
The Mario Theme
Delfino Plaza Theme
Most of the music from the Mario Party and Kart series

There's a lot more, but these are the ones that I REALLY love.

Somebody said Dig Dug. You sir, are awesome. I love most of the Zelda games for music, especially MM, TP, WW, and OoT. (3 of which are movements for SotG )
I also love, and don't hate me, Starfox Adventures. That music was really good, even though the game was kind of hated XD

I like the legend of Zelda music mostly from the 3D games and Spirit Tracks. They all have beautiful tracks to listen too and all of them are on my Ipod.
