it seems like you've ruled out a handful of people on your list and perhaps even specifically named some people who might warrant more suspicion than LG, which doesn't really answer why you immediately thought of her when i said someone had transformed.

I don't, particularly, but at the same time I kind of doubt that it would be threating a same-day game over considering that I doubt Electro was guaranteed to be outed before flipping out, and the fact that the threat is reasonably vague. Likely, if we let it go, it gets worse for not-Electro types somehow -- considering that Storm was, IIRC, hammered below threshold last time it might make him stronger (in terms of threshold and/or Fight ability) the longer it runs.

Personally, I'm willing to risk letting "Light the Night" go to night phase specifically because we supposedly have good intel on the Goblin. I want to see today's bugle before threatening any sort of hammer on doc, though.
