What are some of your favorite mini-games in the entire Zelda series? For me, I like the Horse archery in Ocarina of Time. I thought it was fun shooting at targets on your horse. In Majora's Mask, I really enjoyed the Goron Races and Beaver racing. Those are some of my favorites.
