Got Engage delivered today, so that'll probably be most of what I play for the next month or so, at least on Switch. Otherwise it's been Yakuza 0 mostly. No end of things to do outside of the main story there so I'll be working on that for a while too.
Following up finishing Devil May Cry with starting DMC3. Just playing the first couple missions, the leap in gameplay quality from the first game to this one is crazy noticeable.
Seen most of what I want to get from Sunbreak right now, so aside from a few hunts here and there I'll be continuing my Xenoblade Chronicles playthrough. I had ideally wanted to finish it before 3 came out, but lol RIP that. Not like there's a rush to get to it anyway.
Steadily making my way through Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania's story mode while waiting for Dread. Great fun. I can really see why people are so into the series.
If you're trying out SNES games, I might as well mention Star Fox SNES, if you ever have the time for it. It's not as polished as Star Fox 64, but it's a damn good game that holds up better than it has any right to considering its age.
I've been popping back into Ghost of Tsushima for the past few days to work towards nabbing that platinum. Finished up the last sidequest I needed a bit earlier to get it. Well-worth it.
Since I finished the first Spider-Man PS4 game, I jumped straight into Miles Morales right after. Been fun so far. Feels like a refinement of what the first game did, although I don't care for the story as much.
Playing that, and still working on Bug Fables as well.
Crash Bandicoot. Kinda just felt like playing something different. Already several levels in.
The gameplay definitely takes a bit of getting used to, but it's been fun so far. About time I played an original Crash game, really.
Taking a break from Monster Hunter. Almost 200 hours of MH in the past two months has me a bit burned out on it.
I'll go back and finally finish a few games I've had halfway done for a while now. Luigi's Mansion 3 and Pikmin 3 first, before getting back to Tsushima.
Ghost of Tsushima is taking up almost all of my playtime right now.
Just the kind of open-world experience I was looking for after BotW, and in all honesty it surpasses BotW in a few ways as well. I can see myself spending dozens of hours just roaming the world, even through the end.
Been playing a lot of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. Steadily increasing my hunter rank and trying out different weapons. Insect glaive in particular is really fun to mess around with. SnS, LS, and DBs are great too.
Still making my way through Hollow Knight. Last session was pretty productive. (Finally) killed the , discovered the , got the , and took down without dying (a miracle, haha).
Made it to in HK. Hoo boy, looks like it'll be quite a battle.
I have no idea what does or doesn't count as a spoiler in HK, so yeah, spoilered just in case.
On a whim, I decided to check out the original bullet hell games all the great Touhou music came from. Perfect Cherry Blossom was recommended to a newbie, so I spent an hour or so plugging away at the first few stages. Tough, but really fun, ngl. I'll be glad to return and beat it after I get...
Back in Rune Factory 4 Special again. Somewhere in the second arc. I guess I'll finish the story eventually.
Although I'm in no rush to do so. It's such a chill game that I don't want to speed through any of it.
Continuing with both Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy
It's kind of interesting how these games are both almost equally enjoyable to me, but for different reasons.
Sunshine, for example, is a less polished game with tedious shines and strange difficulty spikes in certain areas...
Ah, no I didn't. Is there some major benefit to recruiting him?

Super Mario Sunshine
It's just as fun as I remember, and the flaws are still there as well. But there's something about Sunshine that makes me love it despite its quirks and jank. It has my favorite movement system for Mario...
At the endgame of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Took me a few months to get through it, but I'm almost finished with what's been an absolutely amazing game. I don't consider any game to be perfect, but RD comes as close to perfection as a game has for me personally.
Revisiting Fire Emblem: Fates - Birthright
Ngl, I actually like this game quite a bit. I'd consider it to be a well-rounded FE game and more enjoyable than the Archanea DS remakes. The story is solid, but a bit mediocre. The characters are actually fine, since Conquest has most of the badly...
Still playing a bunch of Rune Factory 4 Special. I have other games in my backlog, but I need something relaxed to occupy my mind in my free moments. Started the second arc the other day and completed the marriage event I had been working on progressing. Now to craft better equipment before...
Rune Factory 4 Special. Was feeling the need to play a chill game and this always does the trick. Such a charming game.
Also trying to finally finish DKC: Tropical Freeze. Got most of the way through the game several months back, but never finished it for some reason.
Bravely Default
I missed out on this way back when it originally released and didn't play Bravely Second either, but playing the Bravely Default II demo (for the short time my party was actually able to survive) made me want to go back and play the original (thank you homebrew). Six hours in...
I do. A friend of mine who put in hundreds of hours into the game recommended I play on normal (JPN hard) so I could learn about the game better since battle saves are an option.
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn - Finished Path of Radiance a few days ago and wanted to follow up with the sequel as soon as possible so it feels like a connected experience. Definitely a step up in challenge, but it's a satisfying challenge to tackle. Path of Radiance almost became a breeze by...
Just finished Eagle's Tower in LAHD, and will probably finish the game tomorrow. It's been a really enjoyable experience, even if some puzzles had me more than a bit confused. Probably in my top 5 favorite Zelda games.
Just got back to playing the Link's Awakening remake after leaving it in my backlog for the past 9-10 months. I finished collecting the golden feathers at Kanalet Castle and got through most of Key Cavern this morning, only to get to the end and be short two keys. I'll probably finish it later...
