Right, so I wanted to develop a reads list from the D1 lynch, but I just got back and had to do catch-up on about ten pages. Ten hour work shifts on a holiday fudge everything up. I do apologize for not being able to have that reads list up, though.

All Might: Subbed in for Hero whose reads list I really disliked yesterday. He softed again, and unless I'm missing something his soft is suggesting that he is a character from the same anime that Saitama is in (One Punch Man). Unless Pen decided to throw us a loop and overlap same characters from the same anime, I don't buy his soft at all. I know it's a repeat from yesterday, but All Might in this new slot based on that alone, coupled with my suspicions on Hero anyway, puts him as a scum read for me in this new slot.

That was just me making a humorous analysis on the Night scene (Rag, don't you dare get hung up on this, seriously). Saitama's superpower is taking out anyone in one punch, whereas All Might is incredibly strong but even he's met his match on a number of occasions. The Vig is clearly Saitama so I was just drawing an ironic comparison to him. Hopefully this clears that up somewhat.

@Silverfish - I can't recall the case on Silver except people didn't like his reads. I didn't notice anything afoot with him though. Put him in null and if you guys think he's a hit please reexplain it for my benefit

Sure thing. These are the reasons I highlighted for him, but I'm sure there could be something I'm forgetting.

Silver strikes me as the type of mafioso who lays low and plays it safe. Out of everyone Yesterday, he changed his stances numerous times and sheeped on both the FG lynch and mine. He claims it was "idiot insurance" in the above post, but I believe Minish had already sealed the deal beforehand so his vote was overkill. Overall, I find his flip-flopping to make him a worthy candidate.

I still ask everyone answer my initial question on reasons for and against the funnier lynch in as much detail as they can.

Overall, I don't see why everyone is so bent out of shape on funnier. It's been awhile since I played with him and took awhile on D1 for him to hit his townplay stride, but his overall meta hasn't changed. I don't see the need to rush his lynch, say, as much as Minish and SMS do considering that we have plenty of time to hash things out.

Hi, guys. I'm alive. I'm in China, though, and I'm sad to say that I'm finding it hard to find much time for anything except work and the occasional bit of socialising with my colleagues from the around the world.

Regretfully, I think I may have to be replaced.

But to answer Funnier's question from earlier: Silver is still quite new, and not used to games that are this active. My meta of him will thus not apply to a game of this size, and he sits as a null for me.

So you're now saying you didn't soft here? There was an interpretation with the latter half of that post that you softed a different character besides All Might. True or untrue?

If funnier is 3rd party and can win with town, and there is a whole group of mafia that absolutely 100% can never ever win with town then ya, lynching him instead of scum is kinda like a mislynch in my eyes. I know it's not an actual mislynch like town, but it's close enough for me.

And btw, if funnier and I were scum together no way would I be defending him this hard. And no way would he have pulled a 3rd party claim stunt because I wouldn't have let him because I know how some people are against 3rd party.

So town can remember this statement all they want if somehow funnier does flip scum. Because I'll defend funnier to the grave and back if I think he's on town's side. And most people here know that.


You know scum has an even bigger advantage from lynching 3rd party funnier than town does right? It gives them another day where one of them aren't lynched, it gives us less info on a wagon, and town or scum can make easy argument for lynching him so it's even harder to sus out scum.

I'm just gonna say that derailing the conversation to talk of lynching funnier would be a pretty good scum motivated move. It would put focus in someone scum knows isn't with them and distract town from actually scumhunting. Sure I know we still have time, but waiting til eod to scumhunt is not helpful to town. Because then all you get is mass confusion. So the fact that you are both focusing a lot on funnier's lynch and said scum hunting can wait til eod are pretty big red flags to me.

I'll countervote here on the one that comes off as the scummiest of the lynch option.

All Might has a decent character claim this time, FG555 doesn't seem scummy to me, and I'm against lynching a non-hostile indept that hasn't been counterclaimed.

Although it's more of a PoE, I'd like to hear more of Silver about his opinion on the other wagons.

Discussion can always bring scum to the surface. Why do you feel like it backfired? Who do you feel like it's trying to corner you?

I did try posting for the sake of activity to be more active. It definitely came through that I was grasping at straws and came up with some really weak opinions. And no, I'm not glad it backfired because now I've got a lovely wagon to show for it.
As for who is trying to corner me, I don't know anymore. I'm being prodded by many people now, also my own fault. The biggest proponent of the wagon is Irvine, but he just got here, and lets face it: I look sus.

I could be seeing something that isn't there. It just seemed off to me that he mentioned scum twice and town was thrown in as an afterthought. I would think that when making these types of posts as town you would start with town and then to shift to seeing how it could be annoying.

funnier6- I do appreciate the 3P claim, as it makes it easier to shift focus elsewhere. Like onto me. Anyhow, I don't see what the big fuss is. We have bigger fish to fry.
Rubik- I don't understand Rubik like, at all. I'm trying to pick through what is serious and what isn't and it's not working out. Best guess is still town, but who knows at this point.
The Sun Fan- I like this guy, and not only because he wants to protect me. It does annoy me that he's still on the funnier wagon, as it seems like a scapegoat at this point. Leave funnier to the vig.
Spiritual Mask Salesman- I have exactly one game of meta on him, and this game reads exactly the same. I'm leaning town.

All Might- I'm not gonna make the mistake of forcing a read twice in a row.
ExLight- Seems town ish. I've liked his silly posts as much as the serious, which is a dumb reason.

funnier6- I think it should be dropped and left to the vig if they so desire. Poses no real threat now, and is a good fallback lynch later.
Funnygurl555- Might be strong. I can't throw stones, but her lack of effort after yesterday strikes me as scummy.
All Might- We killed him once. Why are we trying to do it again? I have no solid ground to stand on for this wagon yet.
