I am also wondering about that. There are some that are maybe just less memorable in other games. Like how Hiploops are called helmasaurs in other (english) games.

None of the answers so far are correct. The only thing moderately close is the Peahat. The enemy is in at least two other games besides MM.

There are three (I think, making the one and two cousins.) They dont directly attack you, just get in the way.
Theyre behind Pinnacle Rock
(Edit, i was gonna say poe collector, he is in the Ikana Canyon, (the rock), he is kinda scary, etc. But hes only in ONE other game taht i can think of... i dunno about other sea snakes.)
