I could picture Tingle either being a salesman of some sort or a shut-in living in his parents' basement.
The happy mask salesman would pretty much be what he is in the series, a salesman selling masks or something like that.
Ingo would be a drunkard working at a milk processor.
That's all I can think up atm.

I could see Midna being a Pop singer Madonna style, Ghirahim as a worldwide famous fashion designer and Groose as a cook or anything food related.

The Cucco Lady would be a Veterinarian. Or just work on a farm.
Ocarina of Time Impa would be a policewoman.
The Great Deku Tree would be a tree.
