lol Anyway, I have only played WW the most, I tried a bit of PH but quit almost immediately. The songs I like from WW are two, actually:

The ocean theme that plays when you find yourself sailing the great sea and Outset Island.

I played piano growing up. I think Midna's Lament would be beautiful regardless, but I have soft spot for it in part because of the piano.

In terms of background music, I also like Queen Rutela's song (which is TP's version of Serenade of Water) and the song that plays in the Hidden Village.

For Ocarina songs, I like the Song of Storms, Zelda's Lullaby, and Epona's song. And in Majora's Mask, the Oath to Order is awesome, both on its own and because I love the giant mythology so much. (Of course, is it "mythology" if they're real? Heh.)

I like the main theme song of Hyrule when your walkin in da 'overworld', the windmill (Song of Storms), the Lost woods (Saria's Song) Gerudo vally, the Horse race (when you have to race Ingo and stuff) and a few others but I can't remember them all

Also for anyone who likes the Song of Healing, try liking it after you find out what it really is from LoZ:MM abridged, ep 2 the mask guy sings it
