Born and raised in 'murrica (I think I'm third generation to be exact)
I only know know the ethnicity on my mom's side, and that's unknown percentages of Polish, Austrian, Hungarian, and a tiny bit of Russian. I couldn't tell you jack crap about anything on my dad's side. Furthermore, I also grew up in a lax Jewish household (we took part in some holidays but mum never forced me to pray or go to Synagogue; actually, I've never even had a bat mitzvah).
Also it kind of bothers me when all these white people are like "XDDDD I'm .02% Native American!!!!" It's not that I don't doubt them, it's just what's the point of bringing it up if the percentage is that small? It's like glorifying a patch of sand on the beach, lol.
First and foremost I'm Canadian and proud to be so. On my mom's side I have connections that go back to the Ukraine, Poland, and what was previously Czechoslovakia. My dad's side consists of English, German, Scottish, Irish, Austrian, and Welsh bloodlines. My surname also comes from Norway with Viking origins, so I think that's pretty cool!
I know that I'm roughly 25% Ukrainian, but other than that, I don't know the exact percentages.
Mmmmm, I was born and raised in Canada, but my dad's from Pakistan and my mom's from India. Someone on the bus told me today that doesn't actually make me Canadian
