In Pokemon Yellow and Stadium 1 and 2:
All level 100
Electrode- thunder wave, thunderbolt, explosion, substitute
Alakazam- psychic, recover, thunder wave, seismic toss
Snorlax- body slam, self destruct, earthquake, ice beam(I switch between this and rock slide from time to time)
Golem- earthquake, body slam, rock slide, explosion
Exeggutor- sleep powder, explosion, psychic, mega drain
Zapdos- drill peck, thunderbolt, thunder wave, agility
I also cycle in 2 other pokemon usually for electrode first, then zapdos or exeggutor
Jolteon- thunderbolt, thunder wave, double kick, pin missile
Lapras- body slam, ice beam, thunderbolt, rest
This team is mostly for pokemon stadium which is different from the cartridge gen 1 pokemon games in a few ways, but the ways that affected how my team is put together are that hyper beam always gives up a turn (making it much less overpowered and makes tauros less of a necessity) and substitute actually blocks status moves which logically makes sense. Against pokemon stadium teams, electrode is much more useful than in other situations. Leading with substitute almost always gives you an extra free hit because every opponent tries to paralyze it. I've knocked out multiple whole teams in the gym leader castle or stadium tournaments with just electrode by abusing this. Also I thought of using electrode for beating mewtwo because generally the advantage of being faster lets you occasionally not even need other pokemon or even not have to use explosion to finish mewtwo if you get lucky with full paralysis. The worst case scenario is snorlax finishing mewtwo off in one body slam. Also I like having multiple electric types because generally teams keep one ground type to neutralize electrics, but if you can get past it and still have Zapdos or Jolteon left then the other team could be in trouble (for this Jolteon works much better than Electrode). Every other pokemon is pretty self-explanatory.
