What is something that bothers you about yourself?

I'm both a procrastinator and a perfectionist, to some degree. I'm not sure how those two characteristics exist in one person, but it use to cause me a lot of unwanted stress. It still comes back to bite me every once in awhile, but I'm starting to get a lot better at managing my time and not sweating over the little things.

I lash out at people if they hurt me.

And pretty much every other human alive Terminus, but see we all do it to varying /degrees/. Sometimes we all want a sense of revenge for how some people made us feel. The goal might be to lower the potency and frequency of your "lashing out".

We all have certain aspects about ourselves which can bother us but yet all we can do is try to improve them. It might not be the greatest advice, but hopefully it helps homie. Good luck!

What bothers me about myself? THE FACT I'M ALWAYS TOO ACTIVE!! I'm so active I woke up after only 2 and a half hours of sleep!!

I used to have that problem when I was younger, but lately it might be the opposite. Do you take medication when you really need sleep?

The fact I absolutely can't keep my mouth shut when there's something I don't like. For instance; there was this old lady on the market and my sister lost her key card she needs to get access to the trash container. So it was very crowded and loud noises. When me and my sister were standing still for a moment that old lady came up with a very angry face snapping at my sister how my sister lost her card and she found it and was following us and yelling Miss Miss but we didn't hear her. My sister said "thank you". The lady gave her a dirty look. So I suddenly snapped very loud at the old lady "yeah and did it even occur to you it might have been too noisy and crowded for us to notice? And there are nicer ways to say it goddammit." People were looking at me and my sister was like "Nessa come on, it's okay." This urge is something I can't control. Sometimes I wish I could control it more but I can't. I tried so many times but I just can't.
