it's part pegasus so it can jump really high. durr. *horse squishes guards*

Wait, if it is only 1/8th pegasus: IT'S WINGS HAVE NOT FORMED ENOUGH TO HOP A FENCE.

it has tiny wings that work yet are too small for it's body. kind of like a bumble bee.

It is already hard enough for your 1/8th pegasus to fly without a mount with those tiny wings. I guess it gave up flying half way over the gate and got impaled by the decorative spikes.
