You can't. Only hatchlings and adults. I know, it sucks.
And posting your eggs does nothing. Well, at least for me that happened. And Pop 360.

For some reason Whiptail eggs take quite a short time to hatch. I got mine at the same time as a bunch of other eggs and it hatched first. No, it cracked like twice before any of the eggs cracked at all.

But I don't know why, why do new scroll owners always start out with common eggs?

Marine, it is not the breed, I think it is what (exact second) you get the egg. Also, it is just because they do not know which are rare, so they get any. The first egg I could have got was a magma....
