Sailor Moon, Any of You Guys Ever Heard of It/watched It?

I watched the English dub of Sailor Moon when it originally aired on Cartoon Network, and I actually enjoyed it a lot, far more than DragonBall Z, which aired around the same time. Reason being Sailor Moon had a better plot in my eyes, significantly better pacing, and had loads of monsters instead of how DBZ had musclemen regardless of species. 
I haven't kept up on Sailor Moon at all, although I know that I now find all of the girls hot.
I might check it out again sometime. I have honestly no idea if it's a case like DragonBall Z, where it got butchered in the dub, so I have no idea if I'd be in for the same thing or something much better. Anyone have any insight on this?
