to sum it up his constant rolefishing, aggressive hounding, attempts of intimidation, contradictory behavior regarding votes and theories, attempt to fearmonger us into not lynching him, push for a doctor lynch, and potential scum slip lead me to believe he's likely mafia
i see. thank you for summarizing it. hm. i think if i had to vote rn i would vote for him. your argument makes sense.

to be honest, hhh's initial push for ogs felt a bit weird to me and i think that made me hesitant about what you were saying too. i re read it closer and you seem reasonable to me though.
---
(to explain why it felt weird)
hhh voted ogs at night in response to his joke. at the time i was reading the vote and the entire "meow" thing as mostly a joke. jamie said this,
I have made my decision on whether OGS could be the fabled O we are looking for. I will reveal more to you once the clock strikes day.
and was nightkilled right after saying it. then hhh said this right away and voted ogs for real.
Vote: OG

Pretty conspicuous turn of events considering yours and Jamie's recent posts.

it just felt kind of artificial to me. like hhh 'voted' for ogs at night and that seemed like a joke, but then jamie was killed right after saying something that would look really bad for ogs if they were killed right after, and hhh immediately voted ogs for real at the start of the day. i don't think ogs would actually have nightkilled jamie for that reason. it is just too obvious. i think someone else, maybe you, mentioned that too. this whole thing could just be a coincidence/nothing though. i might be being too paranoid. i just thought i'd mention it.
---

i dont want to hammer in case anyone else has something to contribute and im too tired to count the votes rn so i'll hold off on voting for now. but im strongly leaning towards voting ogs after rereading through things.

What proof do you have that Rubik is Miller? In my mind, I am not throwing shade on a Miller. I am throwing shade on a potential Miller. I have no proof if Rubik is Miller. Do you? If not, then dont say that he is. You are (un)intenional trying painting me in a bad light. Why is that?

There is nothing to commit to because there is no Hard Evidence to say that he is lying and is Mafia acting like a Miller. You would know about Mafia acting like Miller, wouldnt you Ex. Do I have to remind you?

As an aside, this is real cute coming from someone who, within the same post and just prior to this no less, claimed hard evidence is important and likened it to a role cop that gains info on a player's role -- as if to assert that is quote unquote "hard evidence".

Like, how do you know the person claiming to be the cop is telling the truth? How do you know they're not mafia?

What proof do you have that [they] are a cop with a check on a player's role? In my mind, I am not throwing shade on a Cop. I am throwing shade on a potential Cop. I have no proof if [they] are a Cop. Do you? If not, then don't say that [they] are. You are (un)intentionally trying to paint paint your stance in a [positive] light. Why is that?

There is nothing to commit to because there is no Hard Evidence to say that [they] are lying and is Mafia acting like a Cop. You would know about Mafia acting like a Cop, wouldn't you, OG? Do I have to remind you?

Suffice it to say, the "hard evidence" is taking the person at face value until proven otherwise. If you want to be sus of them, well, you reap the consequences of such. It's just funny that you would hit Ex over the head for something you are doing yourself.

My vote for OG at night was a joke. But that doesn't mean I couldn't be suspicious of him already. Similarly I pointed out that my own line about OG and Jamie was irrelephant because that conversation took place during a delay in breaking day when changing targets isn't typically allowed, making Jamie being killed for that conversation implausible. It was said less in jest and more to see how OG would react though.

My initial suspicion is founded in OG's double down on KJ after his doc claim. OG replying to a night vote with four no's seemed excessive too. So I threw one during the day and got a similar heavy defense. So all of this cemented that OG wasn't town to me.

Town, all I can say now is that I screwed it. I should have waited until some other people started to join my wagon to open up like I did. I am sorry, but in the case that you do win, I am still sorry I failed.
The D1 wagon KoD started and you joined, or the current wagon?

I will name the person once my death is nigh. Sorry autocorrect has been acting up lately.

Also, I will not say the name right now because if I live I dont know what powers they have, so I could be killed either way, but that person already prolly know which character I am.
And if this wagon disperses? I take it you'll refuse to tell us anything?
[I am NOT saying that it will or will not, but, rather that there's still a slim off chance of a possibility]

he's bluffing and I have mechanical info about it
I'd rather not reveal too much, specially considering there are some pieces that are unknown to me that could lead to misunderstandings
but I can affirm with conviction that lynching him does not damage town in the way he's fearmongering us
What exactly CAN you tell us, if anything, at the current time that is solid?

hm. i see. by "the way he's fearmongering us" do you mean "we're guaranteed to lose" like what he was implying earlier or "it will hurt town's chances of winning" like he was saying later?
ye
by pushing a convenient narrative that we'll be heavily punished by voting him our first reaction is to back out

but it is extremely unlikely a host would develop a role that "guarantees town to lose" when lynched

I havent read all the posts yet, but Rubik is The Thing. If he gets lynched then someone else will randomly be selected to be the Thing. Rubik go to my siggy and open up "Quotes". Does it makes sense now. If I get lynched I dont care, but I will provide town with all info I know. I need to continue looking on how to stop The Thing.

If I'm the Thing, I was never notified of it.

I'm not opposed to being nightkilled after you get lynched if you flip Town and you claim only lynches trigger the creation of a new Thing.

This strikes me as a desperate gambit to avoid a lynch more than a genuine role, though it's hard to tell in a game like this.

and what does the "thing" do?
a role that is passed around can either be positive or negative
