Because I'm a music nerd, I know the key of the title theme.
It's in C Major, mostly. The A Section is based on three chords: Fmaj7(add6), Cmaj9, and G.
The B Section adds in some modal mixture, with an Abmaj7 and a Bb6 chord, to set up resolution to the A Section again.

Ooo, newer or older? I don't read the Batman comics but I'm a huge Batman fan so I know a lot of the older stories and such.
I plan doing some blog posts on them some time down the line.
