Had an interesting commission experience today, instead of the usual "you pay me and I draw it" this person sent me 3 entirely different sketches to choose from before I'd even paid. Very generous of them, I don't think I've ever seen that before but they do it with everyone

i dont know if theres such thing as undercharging in commissions

cuz honestly, its a humility thing and it could be just the relationship they have with the work. getting to work on it might be part of the payment for them

as long as both the artist and person paying are satisfied with the exchange in the end
