yeah and all the dumb polls show thats the most important aspect of the game to like 80 percent of players. its so stupid because theres tons of games that have lame dating sim crap but only one with farming/fantasy combo with rf's unique flavor

romancing was such an afterthought in rf1. miss that. the characters were so much more genuine
until frontier ruined like half of the cast but thats a story for another day

rf1 did good by having friendship and love points separate too so like becoming friends with a character didnt mean they were ****ing in love with you and this whole priscilla thing would be avoidable if they still did that

If you reach level 50 friendship it says like Soulmates iirc
That's why I never make my friends and family miis because every mii game has some way we can become more than friends and it's uncomfortable

probably not the dev's intention, but if people are gonna be dumb enough to actually think npc game interactions are comparable real life then thats more on the player tbh
