I don't really have a place to draw, my brother kinda has the desk taken over.

Oh, I almost never draw on a table. I just sit with my knees up and rest the notebook on them.

i draw on my lap. unless im coloring and theres a very good chance i'm on the floor with pencils scattered everywhere

sketchbooks have like a hard back that makes lap drawing pretty doable but yeah on loose paper, its not quite as doable without a surface. i used to have like a lapdesk thing before i switched to sketchbooks after graduating high school, since i no longer had an unlimited supply of graph and line paper. it had bees on it. 
Colors make me nervous. It always ruins the drawing. That's how I've come to master the art of shading

I like coloring digitally but drawing with pencil and paper. Problem is I have to draw it twice, once is my sketch and once is lining it digitally. Which is fine, I can clean stuff up but drawing with a mouse is hard. Something with a touchscreen and a stylus would help me with that ig.
Very good use of it so far
