Trinity Glassfield from the Blazblue series also deserves a mention, seeing as she's a powerful, intelligent meganekko alchemist, and she's also smoking hot. While she only appears in the series' supplementary material - novels and drama CDs - she is depicted to have an amazing personality. She also reminds me of Little Red Riding Hood for some reason, which causes me to want to bite her arm. I detect a 99.5 % that she and I are romantically compatible...
