An Azorius justicar steps out of the crowd, seeing what going on, and uses a spell to detain both the dwarf and the man who pulled the knife. "Your potential to commit a crime warrants further investigation"

The Mute Rasul kicks out of the Hold and runs, dodging and rolling from rooftop to rooftop until he was cornered. Frantically he drops down a chimney, with a fire roaring. He screams in silence as smoke fills thier room, his stash falling in the fire

(Storm has let me know that this is the chimney of Jace's home.)

As Alwin makes him oath, an odd smell starts to come from the fire, as smoke fills the study. Jace uses a spell to contain the smoke, unsure of what's causing his fireplace to burn this way. The justicar knocks on Jace's door, wanting to come in.
