No, Midna will not be replaced. I can almost guarantee this from the perspective of a fellow Midna fan.

As for favorite boss, I have to go with Molgera from WW. The boss music is one of my favorites (okay, definitely my favorite) in the series, and the battle itself is pretty cool.

I would have to say i have two the heros shade, because hes so mysterous, and if that doesnt count because its confirmed he is link, then i would choose tingle hes so tinglelishish.

Favorite character is hard because there's so many but it would have to be Kafei, because in MM that side quest was one of the most exciting one i did, even the most exciting one in the whole zelda series.

and my favorite boss would be bellum first stage, i don't why but i just enjoyed it a lot.
Not the second stage though because that one was to easy.
