Introduction

Well, here is the text dump of MGS2. The format is quite simple. First each
line has the address the text was taken from, and then the text. All the text
of the game should be here. If you find anything missing/wrong, please contact
me. If you have curiosity on how this was accomplished, feel free to contact
me, or grab the source code/executable at my site.

I added the dump from the demo disc, Since I have been unable to rip the text
regarding some of the first parts of the game (the battle with Olga for
instance). This is because I cannot read some files from the DVD ROM....
Safedisc? Any help on reading such files from the DVD-ROM would be greatly
appreciated.
