apparently they largely used an ai for the scenery (you can kind of tell a bit with some of the lines) that they cleaned up and assembled themselves, which i think as far as the subject matter of the comic goes, really makes it hit different. i think if this is how it'd be used, i'd be okay with it, cuz that comic is still very much a human's art and creativity.
