The 2D LoZ games are the hardest one I have ever played and are the only ones I can't beat.

2D for me are definitely harder. I can't even find the second dungeon in LoZ (sad, I know), and I can't beat the second dungeon in AoL. (Also sad, I know.) ALttP I think was made a bit easier or at least appears that way. However, I think LA and the Oracle games are considerably easier than the earlier 2D Zelda games. For me, 3D Zelda games are much easier.

I definitely prefer the 3D titles. I find the 2D ones frustrating a lot of the time.

I like both of them. I love 2D Zelda's like ALTTP, ZA, FOE,Zelda 2 and I love 3D Zelda's like OOT, MM, TP. So what I'm saying is, they are both good.
