Never been on Kingda Ka, but I've been on Top Thrill Dragster. It's basically the same except that Kingda Ka is about 30 feet taller, slightly faster, and has a small hill at the end.

Overall, I loved Cincy. I went there mainly because of King's Island, a HUGE roller coaster park. I also went to a Reds game as well.
