Hyrulean Civil War RP [Game Thread]

Will spies the general - he wasn't hard to notice. He was in the middle and was wearing a funny hat. Their best chance would be to go long-distance. Even with a surprise attack, they were three against an army. An army of rock-men. Will lets a b all of energy form in his hand. He glances over to the others in time to see a fireball, then Celica running down towards the army alone. He growls to himself. Great.
He fires a lightning bolt from his palm right at the general's head, hoping to end this quickly, "Follow her," he hisses to Bob.

Rasul blindfolds himself, and trusts his instincts to strike the Bongo Bongo

Cornea tries to get up from the ground but that surprise attack had hit him pretty hard. He found himself unable to stand on his legs. He feared he might have broken something. Cornea had been hit hard in the head so blood was running down his forehead and some of it ended up in his eyes which were just as red as the blood.

Impa kept at it with attacking the hands. Suddenly one of the hands tries to grab Impa, but she leaps out of the way just in time, only losing her balance a bit. Then Bongo Bongo tries to grab Rasul.

He waves to his fellow soldiers. Time to get the ball rolling.

Celica must have misunderstood the signal. She was never good with those things. Most of the time she wasn't part of special forces groups. She was used to charging in and fighting. Even with the misunderstanding, her teammates still followed up on her attack. Will, with a lightning bolt, and Joe with a charge of his own. He was throwing rocks at them.

Linora had been given a room at the military base. It was very small and she shared it with some other girl that she didn't know who it was yet. Apparently she was out fighting the Gorons currently. Linora sat down on the edge of her bed and sighed. Things weren't going very well right now. She had been ordered to attend a war meeting tomorrow morning during which they would plan an assult on the Gerudo which they would then go through with as soon as tomorrow night. Linora layed down in the bed. It was actually surprisingly soft. Anyway, she would have to come up with some sort of plan to get out of this again. Or at least a plan to end the war. Whatever happens though, it won't be easy. That much is certain.

Rasul oddly makes his Mark and impales the Hand to the Wall. severing each individual finger

Morten's suspicions were immediately confirmed. They have been caught in an ambush. The fireball was enough to send the Gorons into a brief moment of confusion, and the Lightning bolt only made matters worse, frying the Goron general's hat.

"Brothers, their force is small, but we must stand resolute!" Morten cries out. "Protect the general!" As most of the Gorons formed a wall around the general, Morten rolls out to engage the one called Celica in battle.

Celica Smiled. A challenger. An honorable battle was about to happen between the two of them. Her strength was enough to match a goron, and more than enough to wield her giant Axe she carried on her. As the goron rolled towards her, she slashed her axe vertically from the ground to the sky to meet with the goron.

Morten stops his roll several feet before his challenger as to avoid a reckless maneuver. Unfolding from his roll, he notices her grin, and he returns a proud Goron grin. No words needed to be exchanged, as Morten knew both of them understood what was about to take place. Their exchange would consist of blows. With his arms up, Morten charges at Celica, at the same time trying to wager her next move with that axe. It's sheer size could prove dangerous.

She drops the Axe. She'll take him on with her fists. A battle of warriors of great strength. She didn't need her weapon to prove her strength. She held out her arms, and then lifted one leg up and proceeded to stomp the ground, issuing Morten a challenge.

Morten too, stomps the ground. It was not often he faced opponents like this one before him, one who would so bravely, if not foolishly, engage in a test of strength with a Goron. This was sure to be an honorable battle. It is then when Morten grabs Celica's hands, pushing her back with much might.

She was pushed back a little as she braced herself for the strength of this goron. By now, a ring of gorons was around them, watching in awe as a hylian took on one of their own. They were also ready to stop her in case she tried to run. She knew that. But that was the whole point. she was the distraction. Will would probably think she was stupid for this, but no matter... She started pushing back hard against Morten Showing how strong she really was.

Morten finds himself faltering just a tad, his feet stepping back one space. This woman was no joke, that was certain to this Goron. Rallying himself, he pushes once again.

Lann's attention had been caught by the contest of strength between the Goron and the Hylian. In his travels, he had participated in a few, though he had never won. It was quite impressive that the Hylian had lasted this long. She must have gone through some serious training.

Cornea gathers as much energy as he can and delivers a mighty blow of dark magic on the other hand. With both hands taken out Impa goes for the final blow on Bongo Bongo's eye. She strikes with incredible force, and when the beast falls she puts her palms to the ground and whispers some words in old Sheikah. Bongo Bongo melts into the ground and disappears. Impa lets out a huge sigh of relief. "Thank you. Both of you," she says. Cornea is relieved too, but still unable to stand up from his injuries.
