Fire Fruit is a natural material found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
"A fruit that generates heat when struck. Cooked correctly, its heating properties improve blood flow and stimulate muscles to raise attack power in high temperatures."
When Link consumes a Fire Fruit, he will regain ¼ of a heart. Link can Fuse a Fire Fruit with an arrow to create a fire arrow.
If Link cooks some in a Cooking Pot, it creates Scorching meals if not cancelled with another effect. This gives Link Hot Weather Attack, a more limited version of Attack Up which only works in hot climates. Scorching meals do not provide Heat Resistance.
