Swift Carrot is a material found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
"This carrot is cultivated extensively in Kakariko Village. It strengthens the legs and hips when cooked into a dish, which helps increase your movement speed."
Swift Carrots are found in abundance in Kakariko Village, at the base of Satori Mountain on the east side, and can occasionally be found around the rest of the Necluda region. Additionally, they can be purchased from High Spirits Produce, the general store in Kakariko Village, for 16 Rupees each.
Swift Carrots will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw. Roasting it over an open flame turns it into a Roasted Swift Carrot, which restores ¾ of a heart, but has no stat-boosting effect. They can also be used in a variety of Recipes, and they have an extra cooking effect of increased speed.
