Hyrule Herb is a type of plant and material found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
"This healthy herb grows abundantly in the plains of Hyrule. Cook it before eating to increase the number of hearts it restores."
Hyrule Herbs tend to grow more sporadically all over Hyrule, very rarely appearing in large bunches. One such location is just east of Satori Mountain in the Ridgeland Tower region. There is a small pond to the east of the mountain and just northeast of it there is a large forest that has a variety of plants, including 16 Hyrule Herbs. This plant will restore 1 heart if eaten raw, and if it is cooked by itself in a Cooking Pot, Link will create Fried Wild Greens, which will restore two hearts.
Link can use the Hyrule Herb in combination with other ingredients to make a more substantial meal. Using the Hyrule Herb will increase the amount of hearts that a meal will restore. Link can cook it alongside fruit to create Steamed Fruit or alongside meat to create Steamed Meat. Alternatively, they can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 3 Rupees each. Hyrule Herbs can also be used to create Green Dye at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village.
Age of Calamity
"This healthy herb grows abundantly in the plains of hyrule and has been known to have healing properties."
