Gleeok Guts are dropped rarely by Flame Gleeoks, Frost Gleeoks, and Thunder Gleeoks, and almost always by King Gleeoks in Tears of the Kingdom. They have a Fuse Attack Power of 1.
Gleeok Guts can be attached to weapons to increase their attack power. Guts can also be cooked with Bugs, Frogs, or Lizards, to create very strong Elixirs.
Malena will ask for Gleeok Guts in the Gleeok Guts (Side Quest) to cure her sick husband.
