Warding Fish and Mushroom Skewer

"Grants low-level gloom protection. A simple dish made by cooking skewered fresh fish alongside fragant mushrooms."

Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description

Warding Fish and Mushroom Skewer is a Warding meal in Tears of the Kingdom. It is a variant of the third meal in the Recipe Book, the Fish and Mushroom Skewer.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot by combining a Dark Clump with any fish that does not provide an additional effect - this includes Hyrule Bass, Sanke Carp, and Ancient Arowana - as well as any mushroom that does not provide an additional effect - this includes Hylian Shrooms and Skyshrooms. Adding other ingredients may change the type of dish or cancel out the effect. Moreover, adding multiple types of fish or multiple types of mushrooms will result in either a Fish Skewer or a Mushroom Skewer instead.

When eaten, it restores some of Link's hearts and grants temporary Gloom Resistance. The duration of the effect, number of hearts restored, and amount of Gloom Resistance provided depends on how many ingredients are used. Adding more Dark Clumps will increase the number of "ghost hearts" granted by the Gloom Resistance, while adding more fish or mushrooms will increase how many regular hearts are restored. Adding any ingredient will extend the duration of the effect.
