A Stormy Mushroom Omelet is a piece of food in Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Stormy Mushroom Omelet grants an attack enhancement during thunderstorms, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Shock Fruit, Hylian Shroom, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. While cooking the Shock Fruit and Bird Egg with no other ingredients is a recognized meal, it creates a Stormy Omelet, not a Stormy Mushroom Omelet. As a dish with five ingredients, the recipe cannot be further varied.
