Stormy Meat Skewer is a Stormy meal in Tears of the Kingdom. It is a variant of the fourth meal in the Recipe Book, the Meat Skewer.

When eaten, it restores some of Link's hearts and grants a low-level attack enhancement during thunderstorms. The duration of the effect as well as the number of hearts restored depends on how many ingredients are used.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot by combining Shock Fruit with any type of meat - this includes Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat, Raw Gourmet Meat, Raw Bird Drumstick, Raw Bird Thigh, and Raw Whole Bird. Adding other ingredients may change the type of dish or cancel out the effect. For example, adding a Brightcap to the recipe will result in a neutral Meat and Mushroom Skewer instead.
